[color=#3498db][b][size=120]Foundation[/size][/b][/color][/i] I have worked with Security based battalions more then I can recall on both hands, sure I may have forgotten many of them but I have never forgotten how much a server values a decent Security Battalion. Servers primarily LIVE and THRIVE if their security force is not corrupt or dead.  The server will be launching very very soon and I want to create an incredibly sturdy foundation that 5th fleet can stand on firmly.  I want to ensure that this security force does not fall under the stereotypical fashion of being a very lazy and corrupt battalion.  I primarily want to ensure that 5th fleet will lead by example and keep order as necessary, first impressions are everything and if 5th fleet is seen as a legitimate joke at the start of the server, then it will be seen as one through out the server causing a serious lack in members. [b][size=120][color=#3498db][i]Immersion and ease[/i][/color][/size][/b] When someone joins 5th fleet, I want them to know its more then just standing around with a thumb up your bumb doing absolutely nothing, I want them to know that patrols,trainings, and getting to know people is key to a successful and active battalion.  When someone wants to communicate an issue about or within 5th fleet, I want them to feel at ease when notifying the respective parties instead of said person making sure 5th fleet isn't breathing on their necks.  [size=120][color=#3498db][i][b]Internal Affairs[/b][/i][/color][/size] Lastly I want to touch up on Internal affairs, this is a unit that holds a lot of power given that they are a very aggressive form of diplomatic service.  The best way to chalk them up is to a Coca-Cola hired Death squad, they are heavily geared for protection and decimation of anything that gets near their VIP, HVP, etc.  I hope to ensure that they become a vital tool of 5th fleet and have the discipline to not abuse their equipment through vigorous training and selection process.
